Woh bade log thay, chhoti Eid par kaise aate?
,جن کے بغیر شام تک نہ گزرتی تھی
انکے بغیر آج عید بھی گزر گئی۔
Jin ke baghair shaam tak na guzarti thi,
unke baghair aaj Eid bhi guzar gayi.
،ہر بار کی طرح نہ جانے کیوں
-اس عید بھی تجھے ہی دیکھنے کی خواہش ہے
Har baar ki tarah na jaane kyun,
Is EID bhi tujhe hi dekhne ki khwahish hai.
.چاند کافی نہیں تھا میرے لئے تیرے آنے سے عید آنی تھی
Chand kaafi nahi tha mere liye
Tere aane se Eid ani thi.
,جن پیاروں سے عید پر ملاقات ممکن نہیں
-انکو سوچا اور انکے حق میں دعا کر دی
Jin pyaron se Eid par mulaqat mumkin nahi
Unko socha aur unke haq mein dua kar di

Tere jaane ke baad teri qasam,
Main to eidain ko manta hi nahi-
تجھے سوچنا میری چاند رات تجے دیکھنا میری عید ہے
Tujhe sochna meri chaand raat
Tujhe dekhna meri Eid hai
,سنو اب کی بار عید پر طلب تحفوں کی نہیں تمہاری ہے
Suno ab ki baar Eid par Talab tohfon ki nahi,
tumhari hai
خوش ہو گیا یہ دل نا امید آج۔ خبر ہو گئی کہ عید ہے آج۔
Khush ho gaya ye dil na umeed aj,
Khabar hogai kay Eid hai aj.
ہر ایک درد کی شدت چھپائی جائے گی۔
عید تو عید ہے، منائی جائے گی۔
Har ek dard ki shiddat chhupai jayegi,
Eid to Eid hai, manai jayegi.
